Well now we have spam in BLFS tickets. I've deleted (not closed) the
ticket and removed permissions for general users to raise tickets. If
someone needs permissions to create and append to tickets, then they
need to ask me and I will give the permissions but we can no longer
let
just anyone register and create a ticket.

This will not affect most current devs, but if you run into a problem,
let me know.

How about writing that to the wiki front page?

Do you mean wiki or website?

http://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/wiki
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/

I do notice several pages that have not been updated in quite a while.

I believe you have permissions for both. Would you like to do the
updates?

Perhaps we need to update the page:

What do you think?

I was thinking about the wiki front-page or, if possible, registration
page, as I suppose the already registered ones are allowed to post.

The register page would be good, but it is buried in the python code. I did find a page at cache/TracAccountManager-0.1.2-py2.4.egg-tmp/acct_mgr/templates/register.cs, but I'm reluctant to change a page that says cache. I don't think it's permanent.
