Although I am at heart still a minimalist, I guess I can live with reinstating gobject-introspection to my builds - it does little or no harm, and my partitions / qemu images should now be big enough to allow some things I used to ignore. But for 7.7, I do not currently intend to build it (need to review the consequential changes first, and that is not a priority now that Bruce has started preparing LFS. So, when we start tagging things in BLFS, if anybody notices me tagging a package which recommends gobject-introspection, or vala, please query it. 8-p ĸen -- Nanny Ogg usually went to bed early.
