As a part of the upcoming KDE changes, I simplified the Qt4 and Qt5

sanity and perhaps test the instructions.
Interesting. This is one of the two alternatives I proposed ages ago,
before you changed to what was in the book, different from my tw
alternatives.
Found it:

Had everything ready to commit, but was waiting for a private message,
because I proposed also the, now on the book, instructions. Everything
is about 16 months old, and if it didn't need a discussion, as done now,
should have gone in BLFS-7.4.
Suddenly, a commit implied I was wasting my time (I think it was this
commit):

The alternatives were either use method 1 with /usr replaced by
$QT4PREFIX or use method 2, telling that the user could build it at /usr.
I am happy to see that *my idea*, *what I intended to do*, is now in the
book.
Still, I would like to know if there is a technical reason for the
choice made, other than follow the systemd book.
And these type of changes are normally discussed before done. If I knew
the discussion was not necessary, I would have done it for BLFS-7.4.
