cmake definitely looks for -qt4 and -qt5, but it is not it's first
choice. It searches the PATH for programs like qmake, then qmake4, then
qmake-qt4, etc. There are variables in cmake that can specify the place
to look even if the program is not in the PATH. It also checks to see
if the qmake found is the right version so if it finds a qt5 version
when looking for a qt4 version, it keeps looking.

Reinstated temporarily VLC in Qt5.
I built both qt4 and qt5 and did an INSTALL_ROOT into /tmp. In both
cases I stopped immediately after the make install. Qt5 has no
references in the .pc file to the build directory, but qt4 had three:
We need to uncomment the fix in qt4. If you can do that when you get a
chance, I would appreciate it.
