That IO-Socket-SSL module wouldn't be bad if it fixes the test hang, it
would simplify things.

I have built it with the cpan method and it did not hang. The previous version did.

got annoying issues in my scripts for everything using ninja (I did
not reinstate the convoluted approach I used to take to the envvar,
tried a different plan which did not work, now fixed in first
scripts but leaving non-ideal output on the term - will test that
when I get to glib.

Thanks for reinstating it, with 10 JOBS in 6.7 GiB of memory llvm
went 1.1 GiB into swap before I noticed.

I'm also scratching my head over exiv2 on a non-BLFS package which
is important to me (nufraw), very confused by the issue threads at
github for exiv2.  Will spend some more time on that tomorrow in the
hope I can find a workaround.
