Which federation was that then? It's punishable in my country too. But no one ever gets prosecuted, as they are all either Taiwanese, Chinese or Americans. I get at least three of these phishing emails a day. The right way to deal with them is to get the spam filter on the LFS lists fixed. Just searching for 'Dear Paypal' or Dear Ebay' will do most of it.
