On xorg 7.7 with xorg-server 1.12.2, I was using cairo 1.10.2 and in 
firefox 15.0.1 mozconfig I had:

ac_add_options --enable-system-cairo

This was broken, so I now compile without

ac_add_options --enable-system-cairo

It seems that cairo and firefox are not good friends. Maybe
