It looks like you did not rebuild shadow after you've built linux pam
and/or you did not create PAM configuration files as described on BLFS
shadow page.


I did the above

I reinstalled PAM and the configuration files and I also rebuilt shadow,
but no luck I get the same black screen and clock cursor... Should I attach
the log files again..?
