I tried exporting this variables but unfortunately nothing changed. I get the

Try adding:
export CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH=/usr/X11/include
export C_INCLUDE_PATH=/usr/X11/include
export LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/X11/lib
