Hi All,

I just installed GNOME desktop environment and it works great except one
thing. For most applications like GIMP or GNOME Shell, I don't see the
"minimize" or "maximize" buttons on the top bar of an application. I only
have the "x" button to close the application. For example, for GNOME Shell,
if I right click the top bar, I can see "minimize", "maximize", "move" ...
buttons so I select one. How can I "create" those buttons and put them near
to the "x" button? But for the Firefox window, I don't have them at all
even I right click the top bar. Same thing for the "File Manager". I'm sure
I'm missing something here. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Collin
