Hi Mich, If you have encountered this problem more than once or twice, then here are some things to try. 1 Download and install all system and security updates, windows, anti-virus, firewall, and anti-spy. 2. Disconnect from the internet, and perform full system security sweeps, with all security software. 3. Run full system maintenance, includeing disk cleanup, and defrag. 4. When maintenance is complete, in other words, when you have completed all of the above mentioned tasks, re-boot the system. If the problem persists, try un-installing, and then re-installing the program. I would do the maintenance as I recommended, before un-installing the program, because it might not be the program itself, rather some type of junk in the system. If you have been useing the program for some time with no problems, then this would indicate that something has changed in the system to cause it. HTH,
