Hi George, Do you have an anti-virus program set to run in the system tray?
Also, have you performed a read window title to see if you can get what program has focus at that time? I have found that when my computer boots up at first, my Norton Anti-virus screen is active and in focus, and after performing a Windows key+M, it takes me to the desktop, and the window is no longer there, even when I do an alt+tab.
