My "fear" and maybe it is just that is some of these free programs let you do certain things for free but what cookies, spyware, etc are they installing on your machine or selling your address to other companies etc? Any thoughts

It does not appear to time expire. The purchase version allows multiple station recording up to 30 at a time I think. However on my system - XP Pro and Jaws 8 Station Ripper generated a memory exception error every time I tried to access the menu bar in the main application window. I have therefore uninstalled it as it clearly conflicts with something else on my system. Still this is the benefit of try before you buy. Is it completely free to use a certain version that contains less features than the full version, or is it some sort of trial kind of thing. I love it. I've used it for a couple of years. Just find an internet station you want to record and it records each individual song in an mp3 format. http://www.stationripper.com After you have run the program for a while, each song will be in a file on your hard drive. To get to it, click on My Computer, click on your C drive, click on Program files, click on Ratajik Software, click on Station Ripper, click on Output, and then the files for each station you have ripped will be there. With the free program you can record 2 stations at once. If you pay for it, I think you can record up to about 300 stations at one time. Enjoy. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Linda" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, December 21, 2007 9:53 PM Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] A Program to Copy from Radio Stations > Hi everyone, > I heard somewhere that there is a computer program one can get that will > copy programs from any stations you can get on the internet.
