You could run MSConfig to sort this out but I think I would recommend that you download a program called Start UP Manager from the Jaws User Programs page.
Once installed this will provide a single list of all programs loading at start up. Simply cursor down through this list and then press Application Key or shift F10 to get options to delete etc. Very easy to use. Before deleting anything else I would recommend that you use a free and very good program called ProcInfo which will tell you whether it is safe to delete programs and processes loading at startup. I do not believe that this is on the Jaws User page but I am sure that you will find it through Google. ProcInfo is very Jaws friendly.
