I had this same problem. It turned out that the silicon gel that is in the fan itself was getting thin after it got hot. Your techie guys at the place you get your computer fixed, should know something about that. If not, change where you get your computer worked on. A tube of the gel only costs a few dollars and you can get it almost anywhere. (Radio Shack, Wal-Mart, computer stores)
I have a sighted friend that is good with computers so I was lucky and he was able to get in there and clean up the old gel and add the new.
