David, Hmmmmm, two heads are better than one, why didn't I think of that. I am using a clock called Steves or Steven's clock, and it really works well with jaws. It has a feature where you can use different keys for the different features, and I use graav for the time announcement. Thanks again for your help. Carliss

If this is the case then you only need to put Graav in the first field of your Dictionary Manager and then enter a space in the second field, Ok it and save in the usual way.
