Ok.

That's a video file, and what I'd do in order to maybe organise it a bit 
better would be to use something like NCHs Switch software to convert it 
into MP3, then maybe use something like BookSplit to split it into chunks if 
it's a bit long.

Wouldn't be formally structured, but at least you'd know which was the last 
part you'd in fact listened to.
