Do you, use the space bar, or the enter key on them? Alternatively, you can also do something like route the Jaws cursor there and then use stuff like either it's left-click, or, in fact it's right-click since that in fact often brings up a different context menu as opposed to the normal application menu key on the normal keyboard.
