Samuel, I'm thinking that the sound you are hearing relates to the "Information Bar" used in Service Pack 2 to protect you when downloading from a site. I'm not sure how to tell you to access this since I'm not a Jaws user, but I can provide a Microsoft link that will tell you how to use the bar and change security settings.
