Hi John,
Not a good idea to delete program folders, without first uninstalling the 
program itself
You might also check and see if it is a enabled browser helper in Internet 
Explorer.
While in Internet Explorer, open the tools menu, and then manage add-ons.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] THE GOOGLE TOOL BAR


I have tried everything to get rid of that bar which appears at
the top of a web page when I'm using Internet Explorer.  I
went through the programs list and deleted everything
Google I could find but that didn't work.  Does anyone know
the key to this dilemma?  That thing drives me crazy.  It's
not impossible to work around the thing but I'd rather it
wasn't there if you know what I mean.
