FWIW, I just even installed the last version of the Java Access Bridge (JAB) and still can't read more than : on that page after selecting a time zone to display dynamically, but while I don't know too much about Java's specific accessible information levels, it's possible that other resources could still be somewhat more accessible as such whereas this one still isn't.
