Lisa, John Justice here.
We get that message from time to time at FedEx. It usually means that whatever was used to create that particular message, Outlook Express can't handle it. I'm sure that you have already clicked on the "Okay" button but you should delete the message as well. If you have Microsoft Outlook on your computer, you might try copying that message into there. But usually, if Outlook Express can't read it, then Microsoft Outlook can't either. It's always a good idea to follow those recommended procedures unless you know that you have plenty of memory. But that warning relates specifically to the message you're trying to open. I'd suggest you just delete it and go on. If you know who sent the message, find out if you can how it was created. On which e-mail system, or on the web. Sometimes, Outlook and the old Webmail don't get along at all.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Strange message in Outlook Express

Hello all,
While reading my email in Outlook Express today I got this strange message. I have never seen this message before. I will paste it below this message for you all to see. I hope someone can tell me if it's something that I need to be concerned about, and what I might need to fix, and how to fix it. I'm running windows XP home edition with service pack 3, and jaws 10. Your help with this will be most appreciated!
Take care,
Lisa
