Hi Donnie, CTRL Insert V should tell you what version of IE you are running. And do not remove SP 1 and 2! Assuming Rick and david have the eexecutable of SP3 for XP, try downloading it from the JAWS Users site. I'm hoping to "kill two birds with one stone" here. Question #1. How can I tell which version of Internet Explorer I have? Question #2. I noticed in the Add And Remove Programs section of my Control Panel, I have Service Pack 1 and also Service Pack 2. Should I uninstall Service Pack 1, or is it okay to leave it? I have tried several times to install Service Pack 3, but for some reason it gets about 60% finished, and I get an error message saying that it cannot be installed. I'm wondering if having both 1 and 2 on my computer might be causing some problem. Thanks for any advice I can get.
