Donny, it could be that you tried to install SP3 via Windows Update. I'm aware on some machines that it can cause issues, so you may want to hunt for an offline "iso" image containing SP3. An iso image allows you to burn the files in the image to a CD/DVD so you can install that way. To check what version of Internet Explorer you have, open it, click help then about.

Question #1. How can I tell which version of Internet Explorer I have? Question #2. I noticed in the Add And Remove Programs section of my Control Panel, I have Service Pack 1 and also Service Pack 2. Should I uninstall Service Pack 1, or is it okay to leave it? I have tried several times to install Service Pack 3, but for some reason it gets about 60% finished, and I get an error message saying that it cannot be installed. I'm wondering if having both 1 and 2 on my computer might be causing some problem. Thanks for any advice I can get.
