My husband and I both have the same make and model of scanner. We both have the same scanning and reading programs on our computers--Text cloner and OpenBook 6.
My scanner works perfectly while his only shows half of a page vertically. I have switched scanners thinking maybe his was defective, but the same problem occurs on his computer.
