[Blind-Computing] Outlook Express Accounts

Hello,

I need to know what to put in the box in settings under the accounts of 
properties on the server tab page.

There are 2 options...

log on using same as my email client

log on as...
under the last one is where it has this box for account and I need to know 
what goes in that box, is it my email address?
