This is a cautionary tale. You should never buy a netbook or laptop from a fly-by-night outfit that didn't even exist two years ago. Always stick with an established brand with a proven track record even if it's more expensive. You're much more likely to get a quality product that works. It's too bad you have to pay a restocking fee to return the Asus to Best Buy.

Every thing is the same on the Toshiba.  HP doesn't offer the upgrade of
RAM.

SinceI just received my asus netbook on Wednesday, could you tell us what
the problem with the audio is and what happens with it when you either play
something?  and; why didn't they test this out before they released the
product outto the public.  Is the other computer that you are going to
purchase, have the same keyboard configuration as the asus had? Thanks for
informing us of this  situation.
