Hi Pedro, Follow the steps below. 1. Press Alt + V for the view menu. 2. Arrow down to " sort by submenu " and press enter. 3. Arrow down this list and you want the " received " and " descending " choices checked. press enter to check your selections. If both these boxes are unchecked, each time you press enter to check either received or descending you will go out of the menu, so just go back into the the view menu and check the other box that is needed.
