Yes, creating a website is definitely something that blind people do
and they do it well.  There is an entire mailing list just devoted to
blind web developers.  Check it out at
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/blindwebbers/ and join.  The people
there can help you a lot.    The language is not really that hard..
You put your text between markup tags.  Here let me show you.  <b>This
sentence will come out bold</b> if it were in a website page.  There
that wan't so hard.  Here is a hyperlink to the website that i am
building <a href="http://tagtalking.net";>tag talking dot net</a>.
Easy huh?
