When I'm making a web, it isn't problem, but if I want make some styles,
I'm asking somebody, who is seeing a little, because I don't know, how the
text, background etc. looks like.

Incidentally blue on a black background is hard to see. It's
irritating for those of us who must rely on our eyes to see the text
