Hi, Marilyn,

I found HP update in the programs menu and hit enter on it. Then I tabbed to 
where it says "cancel". Next I tabbed to a dialog box that said "do you want to 
close the application". I hit enter on yes and hopefully that took care of the 
problem. Thank you all very much for your help.
