Hi, Patricia,
I found HP updates in the programs menu and hit enter on it. Then I tabbed
to the cancel button and hit enter. Then I tabbed to a dialog box that
said "do you want to close the application". I hit enter on the yes
button. Hopefully that took care of the problem.
