Hi Mike,

The applications are fairly subjective.

Personally, I've always had a preference for Winamp, if only because of the
single handed keystrokes, as opposed to the two handed keystrokes of windows
Media Player, with the control+P for play/pause, control+S for the stop
function, and of course, the control+F and B for the forward/skip forward
and rewind functions, whereas with Winamp, you only have the single letter
keystrokes of spacebar or C to play/pause, V to stop the playback, B and Z
to skip to the next track and skip to the previous track, and, of course,
the arrow keys to turn the volume up or down, as well as fast forward and
rewind through a track, well, if I happen to be eating popcorn while
listening to my favourite described movie, I would rather not handle my
keyboard too much with my buttery fingers. LOL.

As I said though, it is fairly subjective.

A perfect example of this is my preference for screen readers.

Although I could readily purchase one of the other screen readers at a less
expensive price, or at an easier price plan, I still choose Jaws for my
screen reader because of what I'm comfortable with, especially seeing as how
I started with Jaws when I first went blind, so, if you're comfortable using
WMP, then by all means, do so, as I said, the option is there if you're ever
in a crunch.

I guess it's my turn to ask the question.

Does WMP not have a library that would display this type of information?

I've always thought that the WMP library was the most accessible without
scripts to handle with Jaws, as opposed to the Winamp library which required
scripts to access.

Is this not the case with WMP?
