[Blind-Computing] how do I stop outlook express from saying expanded

Using Jaws 11 and XP home.  I know I must have inadvertently hit something so 
it says expanded on each email.  I looked in the file menus and can't find a 
way to stop this from happening.  Is there a hot key or another menu I'm not 
finding to deal with this?  Thanks.
