That depends on what you have auto forms mode set to. If you hit insert b you can arrow down until it says auto forms mode by default it should be on. You can change this to off so that you have to hit enter to open it.

The easiest way i know to do this is to open the page. it is usually the first edit field so hit control home to get to top of the page then hit e to get to the field you want. type what you want it to say and then hit tab to get to the button to share and hit enter. This is using the mobile version but the normal one should be the same i think.
