guys I just checked out to see if this happens on other websites. It doesn't. It happens only on facebook when I use the backspace key.

does the same thing.  I'm not sure what it is but it's right above the
left arrow key.  I like it most of the time but sometimes, when I'm
editing and hit it, it's very annoying.
