Maria From: "David" < [email protected]> Hello there; To enable shortcut keys, Do the following; 1, open skype; 2, alt+t=tools, O=options, 3, you will land on; general settings; 4, press, ctrl+end-key=hotkeys, 5, tab one time enable hotkeys, the box is unchecked, check with spacebar, now tab to save. Note if you can't get to enable hotkeys, with ctrl+end-key, you'll need to navigate using the down arrow key, however ctrl+end-key should work. have a good day.
