Jim, you have one step wrong, there. You need to check the next box down which reads, "Where the subject line contains specific words" and then the rest of it should fall into place.

What should I check, and what should I type. I usually don't hag this trouble when setting up message rules. I am using windows 7 WLM and jaws 12 on a 64 bit machine.
