For some reason she has left the list for the time being so it is doubtful 
she'll receive your suggestions. She has been known to come and go like 
this.

you should be able to get ServicePack3 through the MicrosoftWindowsUpdate.
you can get a download if you wish to do it that way.
however, through Microsoft, you will only get the files required for your
computer.

I did try the web site, I had no trouble accessing the page.
