Hi Yvonne;

My list goes as follows.
1. Attachments.
2. From.
3. Subject.
4. Received.

Make sure that your window is maximized.  To do this, hold down the alt key, 
with alt key pressed press the spacebar, then let up on both keys , & press 
the letter X.  See if this helps.  I hope this works.  Take care.
