Hi Yvonne; Try the following; 1. While in OE with no messages open, press control, shift, + O, for options. You can also press Alt + T, for tools, then press the letter O, for options. 2. Control + Tab to the Security page. 3. Now, tab 2 times or until you get to " Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus ." 4. If this box is checked, press the spacebar to uncheck it, tab to okay, & press enter.
