Brandon, I believe that it might be one of the newer Nuance voices but I can't be absolutely sure. Have you noticed that the pauses and inflections are a bit odd? It might just be a voice that IBM created, itself. I like the clarity but I don't particularly enjoy the way he handles sentence structure. The emphasis seems to be incorrect.
