Maria: I don't know if you're a Braille user, but I recently acquired a Refreshabraille 18 sold by APH and like it a lot. I It has a good battery life,is well-built, small and easy to write on. I use it on a couple computers and a smartphone as well. My wife recently bought the little Braillepen display and keyboard and she likes it well. It's not as heavy duty as the Refreshabraille, but it costs less than $1,000 and aside from not having routing buttons, is functional.

It's a Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard5000. The keys are a lot better than the keys on my Toshiba laptop. I'm thinking of getting one myself.
