windows live mail or out look. there is no more out look exspress

Ok, I wanted to repeat this question.
I am considering a new computer, would like to start fresh, and
stay on
top of all of the keeping up with the restore disks, and
maintenance, and
just have all go swimmingly and as if by perfect design, don't

But anyway, what operating system do you guys suggest, since I
use jaws?
What works?
What would have an email program which would allow me to have
group email
addresses, where-by I could email a lot of contacts, hide the
list in a
bcc line, and all that?
I write prayer requests for my church and send out to a large
group from
outlook express on my windows xp home machine right now.
I'm tired of fighting this tired draggy old thing, and would
like to step
it up.
