Hi,

I had previously downloaded the ninite installer and deleted it just now and 
tried to download it again just now and it said skipped up to date, but the 
version on the ninite site is the up to date one, but updateflash.org  is 
saying it is up to date, but the version they are saying is the latest isn't.

Maybe I'll get the three buttons thing from Adobe tomorrow.

No, no, you don't have to uninstall Adobe Flash Player.  Just install it 
using Ninite Installer, and you will be up-to-date without any of the 
hassles of downloading it from the Adobe site.
