have you tried going into the email rules, alt+t for tools then "r" for rules, then "m" for messages? If you use that, you have two sets of rules to choose from. Hit the "tab" key until you familiarize yourself with the 2 sets of rules. If you are still having trouble, let me know and I'd be glad to help you tomorrow.
