Hi Iqbal, It's possible that the PDF files you are talking about contain graphics, & therefore Jaws won't be able to read them. This is only a guess without having the document to read for myself. There are other reasons that Jaws won't read PDF files, & hopefully others will join this conversation to mention other examples . Take care. Mike
