hi there, to completely iraze your hard disk of all data, you can use this utility https://sourceforge.net/projects/dban/files/dban/dban-2.2.6/dban-2.2.6_i586.iso/download you press f10 when booted in to the cd. how to reinstall windows? normally, because windows setup does not have speach, you would need sighted assistance. insert your windows disk in to the cd drive. turn on your computer and wate for the disk to boot. press any key to continue. you then will see a message telling you setup is loading files. after setup has done this, you will need to click on english in the language selection box. you may need to enter product key, I can't be shore. someware you need to enter it. restore and reinstall, are 2 verry different things. restoring your computer is only reseting the old windows files reinstalling is completely formating your hard drive, and reinstalling everything from scratch I hope that helps.
