Hi David, The person wanting to use this utility should really consider reading the manual, or at least the help files. There is also great how-to info and how-to videos on the Terabyte website. We're talking about making an image to protect your important information, why not learn as much as possible about this process rather than fumbling around hoping you've backed up your information properly.
