Hi. There might be some letters in the model number as well. Make sure you include those as well. Another way that might work. I think you can plug in your printer and then go check for updates. I believe the printer should show up as an update.

Hi John, You should go to the manufacturer's website, look for the model, and download the latest driver. They will often have drivers for windows 7.
